Paint OUR Festival Artist:
Niveditha Indrajit - I am an artist, writer, and engagement specialist - I do live art shows, and work with groups to explore art for self expression and art based workshops to work with right side of brain.
My Art : I paint to express myself and it has evolved with time. From working with various mediums and even coffee for bringing the element of smell into art, I am working to bring in the 5 perceptions of drawing / art to converge with the perceptions of life and living. I work on my own artworks and installations for engaging in a conversation that can being with simple curiosity. I am trying to dissolve the barriers between art and audience by involving them and establishing their part in art.
Her thoughts on Twin City Theater and Cultural Festival:
It's time for new players to widen the scope and energy of arts and bring in radical transformation it requires. A new thought process and synergy is always good for exploration, curiosity and expansion. The rigidity of the system is shaken to the foundation and we are then ready for great renovation in art. This is what I see when new people and groups bring in fresh in Hyderabad. Much needed and welcome. Good work twin city theatre and cultural festival team. Thank you.

On the performance: Ahalya,
Brahma's daughter, was born
the most beautiful and married
to the most righteous of men.
Even today, versions of
mythology stand divided on
whether he was chaste or
promiscuous. In either case, her
moksha was at Rama's feet.
On me: Fascinated with telling
stories and driven to keep trying
and experiment, she/I is/am
trying to live it up. On the festival: An eclectic coming together of art-forms and a platform where I intend to
come back with dancing - I'm looking forward to both.
Paint Our Festival. Artist:
P V Sandeep: I'm a micro artist(Pencil Lead Art). I do miniatures sculptures on pencil lead. I'm doing my bachelors of fine arts with painting as my major in J.N.T.U college of fine arts.
My Art:
Pencil is my first love, ever since came across this art, it has provoked my soul and my soul knocked at me.So, I've been doing this since 2 yrs or so.It was invented by Dalton Ghetti back in 1985-86. The aesthetics in his work, the delicacy of the medium and the size inspired me to pursue it. When I did my first work, it was like an angel from opened the door which could lead me to heavenly glory. Its like meditation to me more than creating something on lead. It defines my personality character and pretty much everything. I must admit that there's a lot more to achieve including my skills and spread this art and teach people, motivate them. This art gave me inspiration to look into new forms of art and I'm working on an installation technique which is done with mechanical pencil leads invented by Peter Trevylan(Netherland artist) 4-5 yrs ago. Hoping to accomplish it soon.
My thoughts on Twin City Theater and Cultural Festival :
Its a great platform for the young aspirants in art to showcase their creative stuff and have a breakthrough in their career. And its a great chance to expose their thoughts and to explore the contemporaries around them. I'm proud to take part in Paint Our Festival. & Art exhibition both of which give me a chance to expose my talent in both painting & pencil art. I wish the festival a very grand success and All the best to all the participants.
